Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon availability.
Luggage storage is available prior or after your stay !

Cleaning Service

Daily housekeeping service is provided between 09:00 – 12:00.
Guests are kindly requested to vacate the room/apartment during the cleaning process

• Towels may be refreshed daily upon request
• Bed linen is changed every third day

Hot Water 

Hot water is available via the dedicated switch in your room.
For your comfort, please activate it approximately 15 minutes prior to use.

Plumbing Guidelines 

Due to the island’s infrastructure, we kindly ask that all paper products are disposed of in the provided bin and not in the toilet.

Aircoditioning

To maintain optimal cooling efficiency, please ensure that doors and windows remain closed while the air conditioning is in operation.

Room Energy and Lighting

For your comfort, electricity is activated by inserting your key card into the designated slot.
We kindly encourage you to remove it upon departure to support energy conservation.

Drinking Water

Tap water is not recommended for drinking. We suggest the use of bottled water for your convenience.

In-Room Recommendation

For the preservation of the room and your comfort, we kindly invite you to note the following:

• To protect the wooden surfaces in the loft/bedroom area, please avoid placing luggage on the upper level
• The kettle is intended for heating water only
• We kindly request that towels and bathrobes remain within the hotel premises
• A safety deposit box is available in your room (code/key operated). We encourage its use, as the hotel cannot be held liable for any loss of personal belongings

Sun Terrace

Operating hours: 8:00 - 22:00

We invite you to enjoy the space respectfully, preserving its tranquil atmosphere for all guests.

Children are welcome at our accommodation.
However, please note that the use of the rooftop area is strictly the responsibility of an adult parent or guardian.

Transportation and Luggage Assistance

• Transportation arrangements are available upon request

• Bellboy assistance is available for luggage handling. The service is provided by an external partner at a cost of €5 per luggage item. Payment is accepted in cash only.
Kindly note that arrangements should be made at least 20 minutes in advance.
